Welcome

The Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is the time each year when individuals eligible for Medicare can review, change, or enroll in Medicare health and prescription drug plans. Running from October 15th to December 7th, the AEP allows beneficiaries to adjust their coverage to better fit their healthcare needs and budget. Changes made during this period take effect on 

January 1st of the following year.

AEP Action Steps

First: Review your Annual Notice of Changes

Mid September you should have receive a notice form your current plan explaining the changes for the upcoming calendar year. It is important to review this information, and understand that even if you don't make any updates to your coverage, your plan will change in January.


Second: Compile a List of Current Medications

List the Drug and Dosage amount. Also include your preferred pharmacy.


Third: Compile a List of Doctors and Hospitals

List your current Doctors and the Hospitals you would use if needed.


Forth: Click the Link above and Schedule your Appointment for 1 on 1 Assist

Once you have scheduled your appointment our Medicare Specialist will work with you to design a plan that will meet your needs based on the Medications you take, the Doctors, and the Hospitals that you use.
